How does it work and when do I pay?
You send a request (form, call or email). I call or email you back with an estimate — you already know the hourly rate. We schedule an appointment, I come over and fix it. You pay on the spot only once it’s done, cash or via a payment request. No prepayment.
How quickly can you come?
Usually quickly — we plan a moment that suits you together. For urgent problems (hacked, scammed) I help you with priority.
And if it can’t be fixed?
Then you don’t pay for nothing. If something can’t be solved on the spot, we honestly discuss the next step — for example repair via my network.
Do you also repair computers and phones?
I arrange repairs through my trusted network of specialists. You don’t have to go anywhere.
